OUR STORY

Brigadier General (Ret) John E. Michel and Holly Michel are business leaders and innovators who love people and possibilities. Holly is an award-winning artist and John is an eternal optimist. Entrepreneurs at heart, John and Holly founded the Soulcial Kitchen Campus, a 2.5-acre hospitality park featuring Holy Crepes Dessert Shop, Marcos Express Restaurant, Soulcial Dog Park and our Food Truck Park featuring: Big Meechies, A Fine Swine BBQ, The Space Shuttle Cafe, El Guaqo Taco, Soulcial Smash Burgers, and Street Bites food trucks. WE are committed to enhancing community through connections and serving the undeserved though our innovative Currency of Caring dignified dining program. John and Holly are also the creators of the nation’s first Food truck Entrepreneur Program designed to assist aspiring mobile food operators and restaurant team members develop the skills and capabilities to effectively manage and lead their own independent operation.
